We are hiring a Chemical Engineer in Albany, NY to join Jacobs.
Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
- Gain familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Establish chemical process design basis and develop process options and optimizations.
- Calculate and organize data for process flow sheets.
- Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary, highly interactive team.
- Apply expertise to deliver with excellence while looking toward the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of chemical engineering experience on advanced manufacturing projects (ideal).
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification (ideal).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and willing to contribute innovative ideas.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and a drive to broaden knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Passion for buildings and construction (ideal).
