Special Inspector - Soil and Asphalt

What We Seek:

We are currently looking for an Special Inspector who has the ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans & specs. Must be able to prepare and submit timely and accurate field inspection reports. The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of experience and proven track record of inspection success, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

NETTCP for asphalt or soils OR any NICET asphalt or soils level II
Familiar with NYC Building Code and DOT rules and regulations
Reliable transportation
ACI Field Testing Technician - Grade I (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
