We are currently seeking a highly motivated CMT Laboratory Manager to join our RADISE CMT Team in Riviera Beach,FL.
Summary: RADISEInternational, LC (RADISE) is looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager torun our Soils and Construction Material Testing(CMT) Lab.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include but arenot limited to: obtain samples/specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates,asphalt from work sites.
- Perform laboratory tests on the samples collected. Following work order and testing procedures.
- Manage samples, complete testing,record results, enter them into the Data Management System, submit report sand talk with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain lab testing equipment:cleaning, repairs, calibration, set up.
- Expertise in ASTM, FDOT andAASHTO testing standards.
- Familiar and participate in lab accreditation & Audits.
- Adhere to strict safety standards.
- Train and develop new hires andother technicians to elevate skill level.
- Mentoring and developing the labstaff for career development.
Skills/Requirements
- High school diploma / GED or 2years material testing (field or lab).
- Valid Driver's License with asafe driving record.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to lift samples, at timesup to 75+ pounds.
- Pass drug and background screening tests.
Qualifications
- ACI Masonry Testing Technician
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay:$65,000/yr.annualized
Physical Setting:
In Person
- Laboratory for geotechnicaltesting and CMT.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7:30AM – 5:30PM
Work Location:
Primary
CMT Laboratory in Riviera Beach, FL.Secondary CMT Laboratory in Deerfield Beach, FL. Travel to job sites asneeded.
