CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a One Water Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Tampa or Winter Springs, FL and help design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. This is your chance to work on meaningful infrastructure, deepen your technical skills, and contribute to sustainable outcomes alongside experienced professionals.

• Participate in the development of preliminary design concepts and perform comparative cost analyses for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
• Assist in creating computation methods, technical reports, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Identify and correct technical discrepancies in analytical results, following established procedures.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as firm and client standards.
• Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands‑on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience required.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and willingness to learn within the engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Micro Station, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.
