Team Fishel, the Best Choice for utility construction since 1936, is hiring full-time Planner/ Schedulers at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office. Our Planner/ Schedulers play a key role in successfully meeting our customer’s utility construction expectations on-time and safely.

• Work closely with area managers and supervisors to develop and maintain detailed cost schedules for electric and telecom projects.
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports to support tracking project milestones, resource allocations, performance, and cost/schedule comparison.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Support project teams in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential scheduling problems.
• Maintain accurate records / paperwork.
• Facilitate and participate in weekly project reviews.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling utility construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships while contributing to a productive team environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
• Utility project bidding and estimating experience is a plus.
