Hi, I need a MOT of this site plan for seal coating and stripping. I also need everything scatch on the plan.
- Roadway-General 16:
Note on plan – "Emergency vehicle access roadways shall have a minimum 13'6" unobstructed and maintained vertical clearance." - Roadway-General 15:
Note on plan – "Fire Hydrants shall have no obstructions within 3' and have unobstructed 6' wide area from FH to curb front." - Roadway-General 12:
Show location of all fire hydrants. - Roadway-General 10:
Note on plan – "Blue RPM's shall be installed at each fire hydrant on center of adjacent travel lane; both lanes, if corner fire hydrant." - Roadway-General 9:
Note on plan – "Any damaged or missing RPM will be replaced." - Engineering Review – MOT Plan:
Provide a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan for the driveway closures, including detours and phasing of the proposed work. - Signing and Marking – Add note stating that the contractor shall replace and bring up to current standards any existing signing and pavement markings. Stop signs shall be 30" x30" high intensity.
- Signing and Marking – Traffic control:
Label each stripping on the plans: 25 Lf of 4" double yellow (thermoplastic), 24" wide white stop bar (thermoplastic). Provide traffic control at all points of traffic conflict. Install a stop sign (30" x30", high intensity by connection to public right-of-way), 24" wide white stop bar (thermoplastic by connection to public right-of-way), 25 Lf of 4" double yellow (thermoplastic at ROW).
