Adjunct Assistant Professor - Arch & Con Management (Con Proj Mgmt and Construction Engineering)
Periodically, adjunct teaching positions become available in the Architecture & Construction Management Department. Courses in Construction Project Management and Construction Engineering are part of the Architectural Engineering Technology and Construction Management Engineering Technology programs.
Responsibilities- Teach one or more of the following courses when available: CON
350 - Introduction to Construction Engineering; CON
351 - Construction Safety; CON
355 - Construction Management Financial & Accounting Principles; CON
357 - Quantity Surveying and Costing; CON
401W - Construction Project Management; CON
406 - Advanced Project Planning and Scheduling; CON
496 - Capstone Project. - Contribute to student learning outcomes and course objectives; align instruction with department standards.

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- B.S. in Construction Management and MS in Construction Management or related field, or
- B. Arch. (5 year), or
- M. Arch., or
- B.S. Arch. and MS in related field, or
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, or
- B.S. in Surveying or related field
- Architectural Registration (RA) license, or
- Professional Engineering (PE) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- 3 years of professional work experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
