In the role of Rail Engineer/EIT, we'll count on you to:
- Serve in a technical role, under the direction of a Project Manager
- Oversee the work of EITs and Junior Project Engineers
- Take responsibility for project involvement, ranging from site feasibility analysis to final design and through the construction phase
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in transportation design - railroad projects
- PE License. Candidates hired without their PE will have the title of "Rail EIT" and will be expected to obtain their PE for career progression.
- MS in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience working with AREMA's Manual for Railway Engineering and other railroad design specifications is a plus
- Preference given to local candidates
