Position: Rail EIT / Engineer
Location: New York

In the role of Rail Engineer/EIT, we'll count on you to:

  • Serve in a technical role, under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Oversee the work of EITs and Junior Project Engineers
  • Take responsibility for project involvement, ranging from site feasibility analysis to final design and through the construction phase
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in transportation design - railroad projects
  • PE License. Candidates hired without their PE will have the title of "Rail EIT" and will be expected to obtain their PE for career progression.
  • MS in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Experience working with AREMA's Manual for Railway Engineering and other railroad design specifications is a plus
  • Preference given to local candidates
