You are a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical design principles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative drone technologies to life. You enjoy working on challenging projects that require creative problem-solving. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work cross-functionally makes you an essential part of our engineering team. Your expertise in materials, manufacturing processes, and analysis enables you to create reliable, efficient, and high performing mechanical systems.

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for autonomous drone platforms, ensuring functionality and manufacturability.
• Conduct analysis and simulations to validate designs, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate mechanical systems with other subsystems.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs, making iterative improvements based on test results.
• Identify and resolve design issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in mechanical design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in the aerospace or defense industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to aerospace applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Experience with UAV systems or aerospace products is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 and AS9100 standards is highly desirable.
