Full-time position located in New York City, NY or White Plains, NY office.

The salary range for this position in New York City, NY and White Plains, NY is $180,000 - $273,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.

• Serve as a key member of the east region to drive profitable growth of the environmental consulting business.
• Have a passion and demonstrated success for developing business with new clients and continuing to foster trusted relationships with existing clients.
• Personally engage in developing and executing strategic consulting work with identified existing and target clients.
• Direct and execute consulting projects, acting as the main client contact for work attained.
• Oversee the safe execution of all phases of a project to meet our clients' objectives, as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong technical competence in the services required by our clients.
• Manage all phases and aspects of projects to address client goals and objectives.
• Direct the execution of projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary and scheduling requirements.
• Mentor staff through a “learn-by-doing” model.
• Work cooperatively in a team-based environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical or mechanical engineering, geology, chemistry, or environmental science.
• Professional Licensure in applicable field.
• More than 15 Years experience.
• Proven client development experience and client relationships supported by repeat business, including established contacts in both private and public sector markets.
• Consistent track record of successfully winning and managing large and strategic projects.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and people skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the local, state and federal regulatory landscape and proven negotiation skills with federal, state and local regulators.
