We are partnering with a leading global investment organization to hire an Investment Systems Engineer to join a fast‑growing team focused on scaling how critical investment insights are delivered to institutional clients.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, investment strategy, and client experience. Your mission will be to design and build systematic solutions that transform complex market intelligence into scalable, reliable, and client‑ready tools used across multiple asset classes and strategies.

• Designing and building robust, well‑maintained systems that deliver investment insights at scale.
• Diagnosing complex technical and process issues, then proposing and implementing practical solutions.
• Upholding and actively improving engineering standards through direct feedback and best‑practice enforcement.
• Working cross‑functionally with investment, technology, and client‑facing teams to solve real business problems.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a hands‑on troubleshooting mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Practical, goal‑driven approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly.
• A genuine interest in using engineering to solve real‑world investment and business challenges.
• Experience with Python, Scala, and/or SQL is a strong plus.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering or technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
