The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in cost estimating for heavy civil and infrastructure projects and be proficient with HCSS estimating software. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and reviewing Value Engineering proposals. The salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $190,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
