  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support timely delivery of materials, equipment, and field resources.
  • Participate in quality control activities, including inspections, material sampling, and documentation of test results.
  • Track and verify installed quantities to support progress billing, earned value reporting, and cost tracking.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large (> $500 M) complex heavy‑civil infrastructure projects that include highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and/or airport projects.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., DB, PDB, P3, CMGC, CMAR, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.

The salary range for this role is $125 k–$156 k per year ($60–$75 per hour).
