Project Manager, Civil Engineering, Operations Manager

• Prepare/review project management/safety/quality management plans; develop project scopes/schedules/budgets & align with contractual requirements/industry regulations.
• Review architectural/construction/MEP drawings to ensure adherence to technical specifications & resolve field issues to maintain project standards.
• Manage construction site operations, conduct on‑site inspections, verify health/safety protocols & address any instances of non‑compliance.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers/subcontractors/suppliers to integrate multidisciplinary design elements & oversee BIM workflows.
• Manage cost estimation, bid evaluations, change order processes & budget reconciliation, providing financial oversight.
• Review/manage project documentation, including RFIs/submittals/shop drawings, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee project cash flow, perform quantity takeoffs & prepare detailed progress/performance reports.
• Enforce safety/quality standards through ongoing site inspections, ensuring strict compliance with contract specifications/regulatory requirements.

• Master of Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑year of construction management experience in the New York Metro area, overseeing large‑scale projects including aviation/transportation/residential & collaborating with public agencies (PANYNJ/MTA/NYCHA).
• Strong skills in managing construction site operations & reviewing contract documents/construction specifications/drawing plans/RFIs/change orders/submittals/schedule.
• Familiar with New York State construction safety protocols/regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam/Primavera P6/Procore/e-Builder/Advanced Excel.
