The Electrical Design Validation Engineer is an integral role that ensures our designs meet all product requirements. This position will influence product design, own a substantial aspect of design verification & validation, and design test protocols with line‑of‑sight to mass production. Our team navigates through the development of test architecture all the way through detailed execution.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Execute electrical validation methodologies for PCB and different subsystems
- Track detailed test plans for different modules and top level systems
- Drive and execute validation to meet key deadlines and priority goals
- Clearly document test results
- Keep track of bugs encountered and fixed
- Execute EE test automation and processes
- Support system bring up and debug activities
- Clearly communicate test plans and results
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- Knowledge of system verification and validation testing methodologies and concepts for hardware products.
- Knowledge of debugging and analysis using metrology, system logs, customer feedback, or software traces.
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Python and LabVIEW development experience.
- Board and system level validation and debugging experience.
- Hardware and Firmware verification experience.
- Experience with consumer electronics test and verification.

Compensation$111,000/year to $131,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Base compensation reflects the annual salary only; additional incentives are not included here.
