Jr. Field Engineer and Safety Engineer

Two phenomenal,
full-time positions are available for a Jr. Field Engineer and a Safety Engineer with strong backgrounds in the fundamentals of Heavy Construction (preferably bridge construction) to join a top construction company. This is a terrific opportunity offering a lucrative base salary, mileage coverage,

• Perform complex structural analysis and prepare design calculations
• Perform bridge condition inspections and preparation of inspection reports.
• Assist in performing bridge steel surveys

• Assist in performing construction work plans

• Assist in implementation of the companies Health & Safety Program
• Assure that all policies and procedures are governed appropriately at the field level.
• Requires OSHA Construction certification

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BS Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 3+ years of experience with a reputable heavy construction company within the tri-state area.
• Familiarity or previous work experience with MTA, TBTA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PA NY&NJ, NJ Transit, NJDOT a big plus.
• Direct experience specifically with Bridges, Tunnels, Shafts, Highway, and Subway Structures is required
• Have valid driver license and own transportation
