As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in preconstruction, partnering with operations, design, and business development teams to deliver accurate, strategic cost estimates that set projects up for success. You’ll mentor a talented team, influence major decisions, and help shape the future of construction.

• Lead the estimating process for large, complex projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and refine cost models using advanced tools and market insights.
• Coach and mentor estimators, fostering growth and excellence within the team.
• Analyze project plans and bid documents, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and enhance project outcomes.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, confidence, and satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends, tracking material and labor pricing for accurate forecasting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10+ years of estimating experience in diverse facility types (healthcare, residential high‑rise, interiors, institutional).
• Expertise in On‑Screen Take‑off, Destini, and site work software.
• Strong conceptual estimating skills and ability to work with limited information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading client meetings and interviews.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong industry relationships.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
