Thisroleensurestimelysourcing,cost-effectiveprocurement,andstrongsupplierrelationships,supportingthecompany’sproductionandprojectgoals.

Sourceandprocurecompositematerials,fibrereinforcedplastics,glassfibrereinforcedconcrete,metal fabrication,andcarpentrysuppliesasperengineeringspecificationsandqualitystandards.

Identify,evaluate,andselectsuppliersfortechnicalmaterialsandfabricationservices,ensuringcompliancewithtechnicaldrawingsandprojectrequirements.

Negotiatecontracts,pricing,anddeliveryscheduleswithvendorstosecurefavorabletermsandensureon-time delivery.

Developandmaintainvendorrelationships,conductsupplieraudits,andmonitorsupplierperformanceagainst

KPIsandcontractualobligations.

Collaboratewithengineering,operations,andfinanceteamstoalignprocurementwithbusinessandprojectneeds.

Analyzemarkettrendsandpricingtoidentifycost-savingopportunitiesandoptimizeprocurementstrategies.

Prepareandprocesspurchaseorders,maintainprocurementdocumentation,andensurecompliancewithinternalpoliciesandregulatorystandards.

Expeditedeliveries,resolvesupplychainbottlenecks,andensuresmoothworkflowfromprocurementtopayment.

Maintainaccuraterecordsofpurchases,pricing,andcontractsin

ERPsystemsandprovideregularprocurementreports.

Supportprocessimprovementinitiativestoenhanceprocurementefficiencyandreduceleadtimes.

• Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Engineering(Mechanical,Production,orrelatedfield) or Procurement/Supply Chain Management .
• 2–4yearsofexperienceinprocurement,preferablyincomposites,fabrication,ormultidisciplinarymanufacturingenvironments.
• Strong analytical,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills.
• Proficiency in
  
  ERPsystems(SAP,Oracle,etc.),MSExcel,andprocurementtools.
• Knowledgeofcompositematerials,fabricationprocesses,andrelevantqualitystandards.
• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalabilities.
