We are seeking an HVAC Sheet metal Drafter to become part of our team! Our projects intersect many sectors from Leading Technology Firms, Hotels, Educational Campuses, Bio Labs, Multi-Family Housing, Commercial Industries, Finance Industry, Tenant Fit out and more. Employees gain a wealth of experience through drafting different projects and regularly interact with Design Professionals to gain project approval.

• Proficiency in CAD, Navisworks, and other drafting tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design standards
• Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and driven self-starter with high integrity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and commitment to getting the job completed with accuracy

• Work with senior draftsmen, estimating team and project management team to understand the scope of work and installation intent to accurately design and produce shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Field survey the job site to confirm dimensions
• Ensure compliance with benchmarks, ceiling heights and tolerances
• Flag conflicts on shop drawings that require architect/engineer review
• Ability to layout equipment and orientation of mechanical equipment as required
• Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical plans and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility
• Produce accurate shop drawings based on industry standard and norms
• Review and modify designs if mechanical plans presented are not achievable
