The goal of our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is to develop our people into company leaders. The program uses a competency-based approach with mentorship, and engineers build experience across multiple competencies before pursuing roles in project management, estimating, construction management, and more. Team& Location
STRUCTURAL Long Island City’s office is located in Long Island City, NY and is primarily an in-office position. The work is concentrated in the Boroughs, with a focus on parking structure, plaza deck, and pier repair work. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
- Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
- A minimum of one relevant internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
