• Test and troubleshoot micro-electronics RF subsystems and circuits in compliance with MIL-STD-883.
• Perform precise alignment and calibration of RF circuits and systems.
• Operate and maintain RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Document test results, maintenance logs, and failure reports.
• Support engineering in the design and development of new RF products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Work in a clean‑room environment.

• Troubleshooting RF/Analog hardware using legacy and state‑of‑the‑art test equipment.
• Solid understanding of RF theory and principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience with surface‑mount technology (SMT) components.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Work closely with peers and Test Engineers.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Work with MS Office Word and Excel.
• Utilize test software tools such as MATLAB and LabVIEW.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or post‑secondary degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

• 5 years of experience working with RF components and systems.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD‑883 testing.
• Experience with SMT components.
• Certification in IPC J‑STD‑001 or IPC‑A‑610.
• Working knowledge of Keysight PNAx or similar network analyzer.
• Experience with automated RF test systems and software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York is $26.44/hr–$49.27/hr l3
