We notify our talent pool candidates first whenever we have a project need

  • Apply agency standards, CAD layering conventions, and file-naming protocols consistently across all deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing drawing packages for submittals, permits, and construction.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.) to identify and resolve drawing or design issues.
  • Support quality control efforts by reviewing drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
Attributes

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.
  • Collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork, trust, and positive relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CAD Drafting for heavy civil construction or engineering projects, preferably in transit or public infrastructure.
