Join to apply for the Graduate Bridge and Civil Structures Engineer (Available 2026) role p is a global consultancy with advisory and technical expertise across more than 150 disciplines. Responsibilities- Preliminary and detailed design of new bridges, stations and other civil structures
- Preliminary and detailed rehabilitation design of existing bridges, stations and other civil structures
- Inspection of existing bridges, stations and other civil structures and preparation of reports
- Analysis and design of structural systems and components using industry standard design software and preparation of formal design calculation packages
- Required
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design and advanced reinforced concrete design
- Interest in the design of bridges, stations and other civil structures; interest in sustainable design
- Initiative, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
- Internship experience with an engineering firm in the built environment
- FE/EIT certification
- Experience with advanced digital tools and design, such as parametric design, automation, coding and 3D BIM software
- Recent and soon-to-be graduates in relevant fields

New York City Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City is $77,500 to $84,500 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Hiring ranges outside NYC will differ.
