The Structural Engineer will be based in Egis Global Design Center in Bangkok, with a mission to support international projects. The person will be responsible for carrying out design of structures under the supervision of a Design or Project Manager.

• Perform structural analysis and detailed design for various types of bridges, viaducts and other civil structures
• Prepare design and calculation reports
• Follow up with CAD and BIM production to be in accordance with the design performed
• Prepare bill of quantity
• Attend meetings, prepare /distribute meeting minutes
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports and other documentations
• Ensure quality of design deliverables including calculation reports and drawings
• Be familiar and comply with the company’s Safety Policy and Quality Management System

The scope of Works covers, but is not limited to:

• Bridge and viaduct structures (substructures and superstructures)
• Elevated station structures (substructures and superstructures)
• Port structures
• Other civil structures

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 0-3 years' experience in design.
• Appetency for bridge and structural design.
• Knowledge of using international codes such as Eurocodes, ACI, AASHTO.
• A first experience with a structural modelling software such as Sofistik, SCIA, Midas or similar
• Pack Office skills – Mastery of Excel is a must (VBA is a plus).
• Ability to work in an international context – Good level of English (speaking & writing)
• Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude.
• Ability to analyse and communicate, outstanding writing skills and synthesis spirit.
