What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop master program schedules for complex programs and proposals

Interface directly with Program Managers and other personnel to create detailed baseline plans and schedules

Perform maintenance and analysis of schedule baselines, including change control and critical path analysis

Support the proposal process through schedule development and resource planning

Provide training and guidance to other schedulers and project team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

Four-year college degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing scheduling environment

Strong working knowledge of CPM, Gantt, and Line-of-Balance scheduling techniques

Proficiency in PC-based scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Open Plan

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and teamwork

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience working with SAP

Familiarity with various % complete methods and their applications

Ability to develop complex master schedules within accepted scheduling principles
