About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the structural maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Prepare and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all structural maintenance activities (bridges, culverts, walls, underpasses, barriers, tunnels) are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Manage project budget, cost control, and procurement of materials/equipment.
  • Review inspection reports, condition assessments, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, QHSE standards, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, KPIs, and documentation to the client.
  • Identify risks, delays, and challenges and implement mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of planned and emergency maintenance works.
What do we need from you
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in road, infrastructure, or structural maintenance projects.
  • Overall experience 12 - 15 years
  • Strong understanding of O&M project delivery and asset maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in client coordination (Ashghal experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid Qatar  (transferable).
