Summary of Position
The BIM Application Specialist uses technical knowledge of BIM software (BIM
360/ACC/Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD) to assist the project teams and firm by ensuring consistent implementation and use of BIM processes and software. The BIM Application Specialist works as part of a support team providing daily model management, administration, and maintenance.
- Create initial Revit project setup and prepare for the production team
- Create and update BIM/Revit technical documentation
- Assistance with maintaining Revit templates and UNIFI content libraries.
- Provide support model management, administration, and maintenance
- Knowledge of Revit family management, shared parameters and tag families is required.
- Oversee BIM model integration with other design and construction management software. [SG1]
- Facilitate collaboration and clash detection for a large, multi-discipline project team across multiple companies, organizing/leading BIM coordination meetings.
- Works with vendors of all disciplines on content download and updates to the office standards
- Provides BIM/Revit project kick-off information
- Works as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results

- High School diploma.
- 9+ years relevant working experience.
- Possesses working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage
- Working knowledge of Auto Cad Civil 3D preferred.
- Familiarity with visual programming (Dynamo).
- Proficiency with Bluebeam in relationship to Revit PDF deliverables.
The position requires sitting, walking, and, at times, prolonged standing.

Expected Salary$87,800 - $127,000
