• Create detailed structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD (50/50 split).
• Collaborate closely with engineers and principals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Draft for high‑end retail and flagship stores, focusing on steel, metal studs, and water systems.
• Work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

• 2+ years of drafting experience with strong structural knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to share samples of previous drawings.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
