Job Description
The BIM Application Specialist uses technical knowledge of BIM software (BIM
360/ACC/Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD) to assist the project teams and firm by ensuring consistent implementation and use of BIM processes and software. The specialist works as part of a support team providing daily model management, administration, and maintenance.
- Create initial Revit project setup and prepare it for the production team.
- Create and update BIM/Revit technical documentation.
- Assist with maintaining Revit templates and UNIFI content libraries.
- Provide support for model management, administration, and maintenance.
- Manage Revit family, shared parameters, and tag families.
- Oversee BIM model integration with other design and construction management software.
- Facilitate collaboration and clash detection for a large, multi‑discipline project team across multiple companies, organizing/leading BIM coordination meetings.
- Work with vendors of all disciplines on content download and updates to office standards.
- Provide BIM/Revit project kick‑off information.
- Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.

- High School diploma.
- 9+ years of relevant working experience.
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- Familiarity with visual programming (Dynamo).
- Proficiency with Bluebeam in relation to Revit PDF deliverables.
The position requires sitting, walking, and, at times, prolonged standing.
Compensation and BenefitsExpected Salary: $87,800 - $127,000
