A Mechanical Engineer I will develop the design of our current machines and create designs for new systems. The Engineer will be responsible for confirming that the existing design is prepared for production, creating work instructions for machine assembly, and assisting in any issues that occur during production. The Engineer will work closely with multiple departments for the purpose of coordinating the assembly process and accomplishing side projects.

• Conducting product testing and creating models and prototypes
• Designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical systems
• Creating documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to fulfill mechanical requirements
• Working with vendors to determine purchased components
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while still adhering to budget and estimates

• Minimum of BS in Mechanical Engineering Science or related discipline
• 0-3 years’ industry experience; ability to work well on a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Product and application knowledge
• Has broad knowledge of engineering principles
