• bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; pe license preferred
• 10–15+ years of mechanical / hvac design experience within the mep consulting industry
• deep expertise in designing complex mechanical systems and components
• lead hvac design efforts, prepare scopes of work, engineering studies, and construction budgets
• analyze and improve the operation of existing systems
• supervise and mentor staff, oversee project document completion, and ensure quality control
• interface with code officials, clients, and external design professionals
• manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring compliance with all design codes

salary : $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
