We require Junior Field Technicians to join our company to support a major real estate and network relocation project in New York.

• Assist the Senior Network Engineers in the design, planning, integration, migration and decommissioning of the following layers:
  Outside Plant & Fibre, Inside Plant & Racks, Cabling, DWDM, SDH, IP, DCN, Critical Infrastructure (Space, Power, Cooling).
• Utilise bespoke inventory systems and have a methodical and logical approach to data analysis and manipulation.
• Travel as required.
• Show enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Gain industry experience with a view to potentially securing a long term role.

• Knowledge of telecommunication principles
• Conversant with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• IP principles and Networks experience desirable
• Advanced Excel or Access Skills
• AC/DC Power experience desirable
• Practical/hands-on experience with telecommunication equipment (routers, switches, etc)

• Degree or MSc qualified in an Engineering Subject
