We’re seeking a driven and experienced Associate Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane
. In this role, you ll lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of urban development projects. You ll also work closely with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our Brisbane operations.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in Urban Development
• CPEng and RPEQ accreditation
• In lieu of RPEQ, ability to obtain with CPEng accreditation minimum
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder engagement and business development
• Solid project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance
• A strong technical background in urban development or related fields
