We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate land measurements, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders on construction and development projects throughout the UAE.

• Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
• Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports, maps, and plans
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate site information
• Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys
• Utilize specialized surveying software to process and present data
• Ensure compliance with local and national surveying regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert advice on surveying matters
• Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Professional membership or progress towards membership in a relevant body (e.g., RICS)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in surveying projects
• Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and software
• Strong knowledge of UAE land surveying regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data collection and analysis
• Strong mathematical and spatial skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical fitness to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the UAE
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
