The Work As Lab Project Engineer, you will:

-Implement and support Systems Integration Lab (SIL) design strategy and lead execution efforts.

-Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams including lab systems architects, facilities engineer team, sim/stim/support teams, SE/IT/SW engineering, finance and program leadership.

-Review work products for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and specifications.

-Manage technical development activities, schedules, and status reporting for SIL-related tasks using Earned Value Management (EVM) process.

-Resolve engineering and I&T issues related to SIL operations.

-Interface frequently with both internal and external stakeholders, including gathering feedback and coordinating high-visibility lab tours.

-Support capital/overhead funding activities and develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for future SIL-related efforts. This role requires strong independent performance, ownership of deliverables, and effective collaboration in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master's degree; or an Associate degree with 4 years of professional experience.

-Knowledge of System Integration Lab (SIL) environment, facilities planning processes, capital/overhead funding processes.

-Experience working with cross functional teams involving functions and capabilities of a Systems Integration Lab (SIL).

-Experience working with lab systems architects, lab build, stim/stim/support teams, and facilities teams in order to successfully execute new SIL builds or updates to existing SILs.

- Experience with a project where responsibility for budget, schedule and team execution was a primary responsibility of the position.

-Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level.

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.

-Control Account Management (CAM) qualification.

- Experience with Non Statistical Functional Projects (NSFP) and funding.

- Experience with Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) and funding.

-Experience developing and/or reviewing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

-Experience working in an Agile work environment.

- Experience with implementing Digital Transformation tools in a lab environment.

- Experience with Model Base System Engineering principles and tools.

-Has an active DoD US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level.
