Full-Time Position Available for Precast Concrete Inspector - Immediate Interviews for Well-Qualified Candidates

Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Client is seeking full-time precast concrete inspectors to contribute to their Construction Materials Engineering Testing group.

Construction Materials Engineering and Testing Group, in collaboration with other disciplines, forms a team of experts proficient in providing inspection, materials consulting, and testing services for various structures, including buildings, bridges, highways, and airports.

Client's global Structural Materials Inspection Team comprises recognized experts who stay current with the latest standards, codes, specifications, and techniques through continuous professional development, training, and active participation in certification programs.

Quality Management program is accredited to ISO/IEC standard 17020:2012 and AASHTO per ASTM E329.

Precast Concrete Inspectors will undertake the following tasks:

• Conduct in-plant and field quality assurance inspections of precast and prestressed concrete highway and bridge materials for various transportation agencies.
• Perform Quality Assurance inspection and documentation during precast and prestressed concrete fabrication.
• Conduct field testing of plastic concrete if required.
• Monitor work for compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively with fabricators, clients, and engineers.
• Produce daily written shop reports.

Immediate full-time and part-time positions are available throughout the Northeastern USA.

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Must be adaptable to construction schedules, including overtime, night shifts, and weekend work as necessary to meet project/client schedules.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician certification is required.
• One year of precast concrete experience is required for precast concrete fabrication inspection.
• Three years of precast concrete experience are required for prestressed concrete fabrication inspection.
