Job Description We are looking for a Civil/Environmental Engineer with a passion to deliver excellence! Our primary focus is working hard to ensure projects are planned, designed & managed to meet high expectations and exceed client goals. As our team grows, we seek a highly motivated engineer to join their management team.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience
- PE license required, or EIT
- Ability to manage and oversee operations – leading multiple employees
- Experience in wastewater, water, drainage, roads and bridges, structural, traffic, and transportation
- Civil design experience is required
- Ability to analyze photographs, drawings, and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as overall budget constraints
- Ensure project feasibility and practicality
- Create designs and construction deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Inspect project sites and deliver results
- $100,000–$150,000 (negotiable depending upon experience and technical skill‑set)
