Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Evaluate and analyze construction plans
Review shop drawing submittals
Measure and track quantities of work in place
Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations
Solve moderately complex problems
Assist with creation of functional project schedules meeting desired deadlines
Maintain organized project records
Be dedicated to safety and maintaining a healthy work environment
Beable to work independently and as part of a team
Performa variety of tasks that may include periodically having to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, stretch, walk, climb and bendunder potentially adverse field conditions and be able to perform visual tasks such as back up spotting and hear and react to back up alarms, persafety protocol

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in civil engineering, construction management or environmental engineering
Knowledge of business concepts and accounting
1-3years' experience / internships / co-ops in a heavy civil environment
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated
Proficient computer skills
Values teamwork & communication
Mustpass pre-employment drug screen
Musthave a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to report to workon time
Position will require travel

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Base salary range:

Field Engineer I: $53,600-$90,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
