• DesignelectricalcircuitsandPCBsforLEDdrivers,control systems,andpowerelectronics.
• Utilize Altium Designer for PCB layouts;maintainallECADdata.
• Develop early-phaseR&Dprototypesandproof-of-concept designs.
• Create,execute,anddocumenthardwarevalidationplans.
• SupportULcertificationonnewproductdevelopment.
• Drivecontinuousproductimprovementsanditerationthroughfieldanalysisandrootcauseinvestigation.
• DesignandimplementproductiontestfixturesforPCBAvalidationatvolume.
• Manageassignedprojectsend-to-end;maintain timelines,escalate risks,communicatestatusproactively.

2.Manufacturing Integration&Cross Functional Collaboration (30%)

• OwnBOMaccuracyforassignedproducts;verifycomponentsagainstdesignrequirements.
• Validateincomingpartsandassembliesagainstdesignspecifications.
