Virtusa in New York is seeking a skilled DFT engineer to drive design-for-testability initiatives across complex ASIC designs. You will apply DFT concepts, implement LBIST, and configure eFuse. Proficiency with Tessent, TestMAX, TetraMAX, DFT Compiler and Verdi for waveform debugging is required.
Strong HDL skills in Verilog/System Verilog and scripting in TCL/Python/Perl are essential. Experience with DFT DRC/TDMC rules and hands-on tool chaining to validate testability will be preferred.
