** Senior Engineering Tech
** to build, test, troubleshoot, design, repair and modify developmental electronic components, circuits, systems and equipment.o   Follow current department development processeso   Foster process improvemento   Perform tasks according to budget and scheduleo   Uses computer assisted engineering and design hardware/firmware and equipment to perform engineering taskso   Prepares status reports, as required.o   Reads and interprets engineering drawings.o   Assembles complex experimental circuitry (breadboard) or complete prototype model.o   

Read, interpret and execute test procedures and record resultso   Sets up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model with minimal instructions.o   Analyzes and interprets test data.o   Recommends changes in circuitry based on testing results.o   Assist engineers during field testing of deployed systems.o   

Troubleshoots problems and makes recommendations for solutions.

EDUCATION:

· Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
