Amrize is hiring a Mechanical Engineer I for our Build For Growth program at Castleton-on-Hudson, New York. You will support equipment reliability, plant modifications, and energy efficiency initiatives.

• Equipment Reliability:
  Perform condition monitoring, vibration analysis reviews, and lubrication assessments for plant machinery.
• Engineering Modifications:
  Draft mechanical modifications and piping layouts using 3D CAD modeling tools.
• Capital Projects:
  Coordinate with vendors and contractors during equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Troubleshooting:
  Assist plant operations and maintenance technicians with mechanical troubleshooting.
• EHS Compliance:
  Uphold environmental and workplace safety protocols across all maintenance and engineering activities.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  0-2 years of mechanical engineering experience or relevant industrial internship experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works/AutoCAD), and collaborative teamwork skills.
