- Compare actual performance with budgets, forecasts, weather‑adjusted expectations, engineering models, and contractual performance requirements.
- Calculate and interpret solar KPIs including performance ratio, availability, capacity factor, irradiance variance, degradation, and forecast‑to‑actual production.
- Analyze BESS KPIs including system and PCS availability, dispatch adherence, round‑trip efficiency, auxiliary consumption, usable capacity, throughput, cycling, state of charge, and state of health.
- Investigate routine and moderately complex underperformance, distinguishing equipment failures from weather, curtailment, soiling, clipping, derates, control events, and data‑quality issues.
- Quantify lost energy, unavailable capacity, and associated revenue exposure; prioritize findings based on operational and financial impact.
- Prepare concise issue summaries and recommended next steps for Asset Management, Operations, Engineering, O&M providers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
