What you'll be doing:Conduct energy analysis and modeling for building systems and projects
Support project teams in integrating sustainable solutions into building designs
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards in energy engineering
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize performance
Utilize BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools to support design and documentation efforts
Independently manage tasks with minimal oversight, meeting project deadlines and requirements
What we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
4-8 years of experience with an MEP consulting engineering firm or in a similar environment
Basic knowledge of architectural, engineering, and construction practices
Introductory understanding of code compliance and industry standards
Familiarity with BIM/Revit and AutoCAD
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
