Senior Defense Systems Engineer

SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead complex defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. You will own system architecture, requirements, and integration for advanced air, land, and naval solutions, using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include decomposing customer needs, conducting trade studies, overseeing verification/validation, and ensuring compliance with safety, reliability, and defense standards. You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate globally, and drive innovative, mission-critical solutions that enhance long-term security worldwide.
