It takes more than a decade and over $2 billion to bring a new drug to market. Alchemi builds AI that helps drug development teams move faster, and we already work with some of the largest pharma companies and CROs in the world.
The roleSigning a customer is the start. We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to own what happens next: get the customer live, prove value on a specific workflow, and grow one pilot into an enterprise footprint.
You'll work with our scientists and engineers on the deployment, and with customer leaders on the business case. You'll be one of our first hires in this seat, so you're building the playbook as much as running it.
What you'll doOwn customer deployments end to end alongside our Scientific Product Specialists and engineers.
Find and scope the highest-value workflows inside each account, and tie them to turnaround time, capacity and quality.
Build the business case and drive expansion into new functions, sites and therapeutic areas.
Be the voice of the customer inside Alchemi and help shape what we build next.
Write down what works so we can deploy faster every time.
Experience in a forward-deployed, consulting, strategy or solutions role where you owned outcomes with customers.
Comfort with scientific and technical detail, and the ability to explain it simply.
Commercial instincts. You can find the value and make the case for it.
Comfort being an early hire without a finished playbook.
Willingness to travel to where the customers are.
Experience working with pharma, biotech or CROs.
Familiarity with GxP or regulated workflows.
Our goal is to cut years off clinical development timelines. Alchemi already supports more than 3,500 studies a year for the top development teams in pharma. We're a small team of experts. We keep talent density high and work closely across every part of the product, from first idea to deployment.
Impact: Your work goes straight into the regulated workflows that decide how fast drugs reach patients.
Excellence: Work alongside a highly skilled team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Ownership: Help shape product direction, how we work and what we build next.
Salary and equity: Competitive salary and meaningful equity, with options weighted toward ownership if that's what you want.
Health: Best-in-class health and dental insurance.
Time off: 4 weeks of paid vacation plus public holidays, paid sick leave and parental leave.
Location: Based in New York City, with travel to customer sites.
Equipment: A Mac Book, external monitor and accessories.
Growth: Room to learn and develop in a cutting-edge field.
