We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Nassau County, NY on a municipal agency construction buildings project. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges. As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including:
Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

• Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
• Experienced with project monthly schedule review and update process
• Experience with tracking project issues to beneficial resolution
• Experience with Ventilation, Heating, HVAC systems, and General Construction
• Experience with Project Management Systems
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Maximo

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
