This part‑time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00. You will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled guest experience, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring safe and efficient operations at our Brooklyn location (608 Sheepshead Bay Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11224).

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience for children’s birthday parties.
• Assist the General Manager with safety and security in all areas.
• Assist guests with all requests and questions.
• Greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm.
• Maintain clear communication with coordinators about any issues and recommend corrective action.
• Manage party times, maintain timely service, and communicate updates.
• Diffuse difficult guest situations while upholding company policies.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
• Notify the GM of any problem areas.
• Ensure adherence to house policies by guests.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special events.
• Foster a cooperative work climate to enhance team morale and productivity.
• Open and close the store.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferably in a retail or hospitality setting).
• Strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, mornings, and 10‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Strong math and verbal skills; professional appearance and adherence to dress guidelines.

Part‑time. $20 per hour. Shift options: 8‑hour, 10‑hour, day, morning, or evening. Monday‑Friday weekdays and weekends as needed.
