THE POSITION

As a CRM Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the execution and upkeep of our sports book merchandising strategy across online and retail channels. You’ll take on more ownership of modules, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and help shape what customers see each day on the app. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who’s ready to level up from foundational execution to driving improvements, spotting trends, and delivering a polished, customer‑first experience.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own the day‑to‑day merchandising execution for key homepage modules or priority sport areas
  • Collaborate with product, trading, and marketing teams to align on promotional and content priorities
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose new merchandising ideas or enhancements
  • Help train or guide Coordinators on tools, processes, and merchandising standards
  • Execute real‑time content updates during live events with minimal supervision
  • Support team leads and managers with planning around tentpole events and seasonal shifts
THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment (sports or ops a plus)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. sports, betting markets, and fan behavior
  • Familiarity with CMS, CRM, or content merchandising tools preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize on the fly, and work under pressure
  • Confident communicator and collaborator with cross‑functional teams
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays based on the sports calendar
