Position Details

Global Music/Talent agency seeks ambitious, career-oriented individuals for entry-level positions in the Music department. Successful candidates will undergo an 8-week training program, with opportunities to advance to assistant desks or participate in the Music Trainee Program to become a music agent.

Responsibilities

Complete an 8-week training program to master WME booking admin and system skills.

Enter promoter offers into WME booking systems.

Collect ticket counts for WME client roster.

Review show contracts.

Assist with department and ad-hoc projects.

Temporarily cover desks during assistants' absence.

Support daily administrative and office tasks.

Core Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Windows OS understanding.

Familiarity with the current music industry landscape and passion for live music.

Ability to handle high-volume phone calls professionally.

Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.

Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Accuracy and thoroughness in task execution.

Friendly, open demeanor with confidentiality awareness.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Dependability and proactivity.

Effective time management and workload prioritization.

Compensation: $21/hr.*
